The Aruba Chess Challenge 2025 Open was played in Oranjestad from 9 to 12 October, with 40 players over seven rounds.
Panamanian IM Roberto Carlos Sanchez Alvarez won on tiebreak with 6/7. Aruba's IM Jasel Lopez also scored 6/7, and Juan Pablo De Mey finished third on 5.
The Under-18 section ran alongside the Open.
